3rd feb 2012 The Rowarth gang.9 of us went for our monthy curry here last night, food excellent very good service,ignore the review above go and try it for yourself you will not be disapointed.

We have just had a meal in the jodhpur lounge, and it is one of the nicest place we have been to, much better than ruchie bar in Glossop, food is good, fresh,service was good, you didnt get rushed. The atmosphere is friendly it is a realy nice place to go for an Indian meal, and very reasonably price popadoms, chutney, starters and main + drinks + bottle of wine for 4 £80.. would definately go back!

Been to this place a few times and use it for take-aways - very good food and would recommend. My personal favorites are the Bahar-E-Murgh and the citrus-sey Babursi Satkora - yummy!

Tried this place just after it opened for a take away. I've eaten Indian food here (and in India) for the last 35 years. The Jodhpur Lounge was by far the worst I have ever eaten in! The chicken tikka was bland, the chicken itself was tasteless. Seek kebabs were disgusting, dried up, 1cm thick, bent like a banana and probably cooked 2 days before. Main course tastless, no character, an utter disgrace.
Avoid this place like the plague, the sooner they close the better.
